Since 1919, the HCBA has connected members to local lawyers and the 4th District Bench, new clients and contacts, practice updates and news, leadership development opportunities, and community outreach and pro bono services.
A program of the Hennepin and Ramsey County Bar Associations, the Minnesota Lawyer Referral & Information Service (MNLRIS) serves member attorneys and the public by connecting individuals with legal issues to qualified private attorneys and other legal resources in the community.
Since 1968, the Hennepin County Bar Foundation has provided grants to local legal services agencies, promoting access to justice for the people of Hennepin County. The HCBF is supported by the generosity of bar members and area law firms.
The Hennepin Lawyer provides updates on the local legal community and bar association, and is your resource for articles about the practice of law—particularly as they relate to Hennepin County. HCBA members receive copies of the weekly digital edition via email and are mailed the annual print edition each winter.
