Tom Pack Becomes 2025-2026 President of Minnesota State Bar Association; New Officers Announced

June 26, 2025 (Minneapolis) — Following its last Assembly meeting of the bar fiscal year on June 24, 2025, the Minnesota State Bar Association (MSBA) announced the composition of its 2025-2026 Executive Committee.
On July 1, Tom Pack begins his one-year term as president of the MSBA. Pack, a partner at the Faegre Drinker law firm, earned his JD at Stanford Law School in 2012. Pack represents life science companies in complex litigation in Minnesota, California, and across the United States, from pre-suit claim management through trials and appeals in individual and consolidated matters, with a particular focus on product liability disputes.
Joining Pack on the MSBA Board of Governors as officers for 2025–2026 are:
- President-Elect: Kenya Bodden (Amazon);
- Treasurer: Nicole Kettwick (Brandt Kettwick Defense); and
- Secretary: Sarah Soucie Eyberg (Soucie Eyberg Law LLC).
Rounding out the Executive Committee is Brooke Hein (Monarch Healthcare Management), who serves as chair of the New Lawyers Section.
The Minnesota State Bar Association, established in 1883, serves 14,000 attorney and law student members. The association promotes the highest standards of excellence and inclusion within the legal profession, provides valued resources to its members, and strives to improve the law and the equal administration of justice for all.
