ASSOCIATE WORKER’S COMPENSATION/ PERSONAL INJURY LAWYER

Milavetz Law, P.A., a respected AV rated Law Firm is seeking a fulltime Worker’s Compensation/Personal Injury attorney to be responsible for litigation from intake to resolution. The role will include drafting, serving and filing documents, legal research, and motion practice.  Additionally, handling discovery, depositions mediations, arbitrations, and trying cases at both the State and Federal Level. You will work closely with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff. Qualifications include a Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school, a license to practice law in Minnesota, good standing with the bar, and strong writing and verbal communication skills. Previous experience in Worker’s Compensation and Personal Injury is a plus.
