Prosecution Attorney

Eckberg Lammers seeks a Prosecution Attorney to provide criminal prosecution services to municipal clients across multiple Minnesota counties. The position includes prosecuting petty misdemeanor, misdemeanor, and gross misdemeanor cases in district court; exercising independent legal judgment; frequent courtroom appearances; and close collaboration with law enforcement and court personnel. Experience with related matters such as victims’ rights, forfeitures, or data practices is a plus. Candidates must hold a J.D., be licensed in Minnesota, and have criminal prosecution experience.
