Lateral Associate Attorney

Established in 1893, Farrish Johnson Law Office is a six-attorney firm serving Southern Minnesota with a strong reputation for excellence, integrity, and collaboration.

We seek an experienced lateral attorney to grow a practice in one or more of the following areas: Criminal Defense, Workers’ Compensation, Bankruptcy/Creditors’ Rights, or Construction Law. This opportunity is ideal for a self-directed, entrepreneurial attorney interested in building or transitioning a practice within an established firm platform. Portable business is welcome but not required.

Responsibilities: Manage and grow a practice; represent clients in court, hearings, mediations, and negotiations; provide strategic counsel; develop client relationships; collaborate with firm attorneys; maintain high ethical standards.

Qualifications: JD and active Minnesota license required. Demonstrated experience in one or more listed practice areas, strong advocacy skills, and interest in practice development preferred.
