Staff Attorney (Contracting) 94054

The Minnesota Department of Administration is seeking up to two Staff Attorney (Contracting) professionals to join the Legal & Compliance team supporting MMCAP, a nationwide government cooperative purchasing program. In this role, you will join a team of professionals in providing expert legal guidance on contracting, procurement, regulatory compliance, and policy development while partnering with diverse stakeholders across 50 states. This position offers meaningful public service work that directly supports government entities and healthcare related programs nationwide.

This full time role is based in St. Paul and is eligible for up to 50% hybrid telework. Minimum qualifications include a J.D., Minnesota law license, and four years of legal contracting experience with demonstrated skills in contract drafting, negotiation, and regulatory analysis.
