Rule of Law Amicus Brief Team Recognized with MSBA President’s Award

Each year, the President of the MSBA presents an award to recognize outstanding support and assistance to the Association and its mission. This year, MSBA President Tom Pack has selected the Rule of Law Amicus Brief Team—Mark Bradford, Guus Duindam, Peter Hennigan, Annika Misurya, Ashley Patyk, Norman Pentelovitch, William Pentelovitch, and Anna Petosky—for their extraordinary efforts to represent the MSBA as amicus in two federal lawsuits during the height of Operation Metro Surge.  

"When our community needed thoughtful legal leadership, this team stepped forward without hesitation," said MSBA President Tom Pack. "They donated countless hours, brought extraordinary skill and judgment to their work, and helped the MSBA raise its voice in support of the rule of law during a challenging and consequential time.
