Supervising Attorney

LegalCORPS is Minnesota's only statewide business law pro bono program. Our mission is to expand access to business law services for individuals and organizations to promote economic development and strengthen communities. The ideal candidate will have broad knowledge and experience in a variety of business transactional matters, including experience with nonprofit law.
