Assistant General Counsel - Corporate Law

Lead Securian Financial's Corporate Legal Team and partner with executive leaders to provide strategic legal guidance across the U.S. and Canada. You'll lead complex corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, strategic investments, commercial agreements, and corporate governance, while developing a team of experienced legal professionals.

What You'll Bring
J.D. and active law license (or eligibility for licensure)
7+ years of corporate legal experience
Significant M&A and corporate transaction experience
Proven people leadership and business partnership skills
