1:00 PM - 3:00 PM CT
We are pleased to invite your summer associates to a special program hosted in partnership with the Minnesota Supreme and Appellate Courts. This event will provide attendees with valuable exposure to the mechanics of state appellate practice and the work of Minnesota’s judiciary.
Hosted in the Minnesota Supreme Court Chamber on the 2nd floor of the Minnesota State Capitol, the program will feature remarks from Chief Justice Natalie Hudson and Court of Appeals Chief Judge Frisch, as well as some Associate Justices and their judicial law clerks. Attendees will gain insight into appellate advocacy, judicial decision-making, and the role of judicial clerkships within Minnesota’s Supreme and Appellate courts.
The program will include time for Q&A and will wrap with a coffee and cookie social to allow for informal networking. Thank you to our generous sponsor of this event, Eckland & Blando.
Finally, attendees are welcome to join a Capitol tour which will begin at 3:00 pm. Capitol tours are 45 minutes, and more information about them can be found here.
