In 1923, United States Installment Realty Company and USI Realty (collectively “USIR”) declared bankruptcy. In 2022, the estate’s assets were fully administered. What took so long? The MSBA Bankruptcy Section is kicking off a new year of educational programming with a panel presentation by three seasoned professionals in Minnesota’s restructuring community who helped to untangle the assets of a forgotten case.
