Summary

This CLE is co-sponsored by the Environmental, Natural Resources, and Energy Law Section and Public Utilities Section.

The last Supreme Court session was one of the most significant sessions for environmental and administrative law in years. In Loper Bright, the Court overturned the Chevron doctrine and negated 40 year old foundation of administrative and environmental law. Jarkesy questioned enforcement before administrative law judges. Corner Post potentially allows challenges to regulations long after the statute of limitation for such challenges have lapsed. Join us for a great panel who will address issues, such as what happens to rulemaking moving forward; have EPA and other regulatory agencies lost regulatory powers and what do these decisions mean in Minnesota?
