Summary

Please join us to discuss the recent Supreme Court decision in Loper Bright, which overruled the longstanding Chevron doctrine.  This decision has major implications for the framework used by courts to decide disputes between industry and federal agencies, including CMS, FDA, and DOJ.  Professor Nick Bednar (U of MN), Ryan Williams (Mayo), and David Asp (Lockridge Grindal) will provide an overview of the impact on federal agency rulemaking, litigation involving rules, and advocacy before agencies.
