Summary

The Labor & Employment Law Section is sponsoring The New State(s) of Pay Transparency: An Employment and Immigration Law Update CLE.

This web CLE will provide an update on new state and local pay transparency requirements coming into effect in 2025 (including Minnesota, Illinois, Massachusetts, New Jersey, and Vermont’s new pay transparency laws), as well as an overview of existing laws. In addition to providing practical compliance tips under these state and local laws, our panelists will explore their interplay with the federal PERM process for recruiting foreign workers in the U.S., helping employers navigate how to balance their simultaneous federal, state and local pay transparency obligations.
