Summary

This program considers how generative AI can be used in alternative dispute resolution processes for construction disputes. During the program, we will present complex construction disputes to program attendees—and compare their responses to how AI models respond. Those responses will provide a framework to discuss the uses, opportunities, limitations, and concerns that neutrals and practitioners should consider when employing AI in the ADR context.
