Summary

The Labor & Employment Law Section is sponsoring it's annual Investigator Training: Disability Rights in the Workplace. 

This seminar will provide an overview of employee rights and employer obligations under the Americans With Disabilities Act ("ADA") and the Minnesota Human Rights Act ("MHRA"), including reasonable accommodations, confidentiality requirements, and medical leave--and the risks and liabilities of non-compliance.
