Summary

Employment issues can be challenging to untangle, especially when a claimant has earned income from a variety of jobs. We present a case study involving a claimant with employment issues including self-employment, accommodated work, residual income, and transferable skills.  We will discuss general rules regarding employment-related income and their application to this specific case.
