Summary

Regardless of the organization, there are likely at least four generations represented. That is true of both stakeholders in the work comp industry and the injured workers they serve. Without painting with too broad of a brush, there are notable traits among the generations that sometimes makes cohesion and communication more challenging but also offers unique opportunities for those strategic enough to embrace them. This session will describe those differences and outline specific strategies and tactics to leverage them as advantages for better cohesion and service.
