Summary

Animal cruelty cases often sit at the intersection of criminal law, public safety, and animal welfare. In this program, Ashley Pudas, Humane Investigations Agent with the Animal Humane Society, will provide an inside look at how animal welfare investigations work in Minnesota. The presentation will cover MN§343 with a closer look at MN§343.21, hoarding, breeding, and animal fighting and she will also provide information about the Animal Humane Society and the resources they provide.
This session will provide valuable insight for attorneys interested in animal law, criminal enforcement, and the evolving legal landscape surrounding animal protection.
