The RCBA, MSBA and HCBA offices will be closed on Friday, July 3, in recognition of Independence Day. There will not be a Barrister on July 6. We will resume publication on Monday, July 13.

Thursday, July 23, 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. at the Minnesota State Capitol

Summer associates are invited to a unique program hosted in partnership with the Minnesota Supreme and Appellate Courts, offering an inside look at appellate practice and the work of Minnesota’s judiciary. Held in the Minnesota Supreme Court Chamber at the State Capitol, the event will feature remarks from judicial leaders, insights into appellate advocacy and judicial clerkships, and an opportunity for Q&A. Attendees can also network during a coffee-and-cookie social and participate in an optional Capitol tour following the program.
