Attendees took their Minnesota Attorney's Oath again, reaffirming their commitment to the rule of law, and heard timely remarks from MSBA President Tom Pack, St. Thomas University President Rob Vischer, and retired U.S. District Judge James Rosenbaum on the profession's ongoing commitment to justice and upholding the rule of law.
In movies and TV shows, attorneys are often working high-profile cases, wrangling clients, or making bold speeches in the courtroom or boardroom. The day-to-day reality of practicing law—the paperwork, research, and routine client meetings—don't always make it on screen.
