Construction Law Section
The Construction Law Section is an engaged and active Section. With over 300 members, the Section serves its members and the legal community to improve the practice of construction law in Minnesota, provide opportunities for continuing education in this broad practice area, and liaison with other Sections and other groups in the construction arena to address issues that concern the construction industry.

For an annual membership fee of $30, Section members have access to all Construction Section programs free or at a reduced rate for each standard 1 hour CLE program, compared to $15 for MSBA members not in the Construction Section and $30 for non-MSBA members
