Mental Health Law Section
This Section is dedicated to the legal needs of clients and individuals dealing with mental health challenges and substance use disorder, along with their families and support systems. It is focused on the complex legal needs of this population through a multidisciplinary lens; covering areas like civil commitment, guardianship, vulnerable adult protection, special education, professional license defense, and compliance for mental health organizations.
