Recognizes a Minnesota lawyer who excels as a mentor to other lawyers.

The Senior Lawyers and Judges Section requests that individuals, bar and affinity groups, and public and private legal employers of all sizes nominate candidates who have demonstrated skill and dedication as mentors. 

Some (but certainly not all) of the qualities that we have identified as associated with effective mentoring are:

• Trustworthiness
