MSBA Governance

The MSBA governance structure includes two bodies – the Assembly and the Board of Governors. The Assembly is the policy making body of the Association. The Board of Governors serves as the board of directors of the Minnesota State Bar Association.



MSBA Policies

The majority of MSBA policies are developed through MSBA Committees before reaching the MSBA Assembly or Council for approval.
